The client's problem was the current sales page through which she sold her training for £3499, she felt that her current page did not harness the power that is in her training by failing to inspire trust and encourage purchase, it had little cta and few reviews which strengthened Ms Joanna's online position.
The solution introduced
We created a new one, which was designed to have more CTAs on the site + to inspire confidence among potential customers through a large number of reviews and case studies of past customers. To reassure ourselves that this solution was the right one, we installed plug-ins that allowed us to track the user's movement around the site, so we could see where the user stops, spends the most time, leaves the site or on which CTA they make a purchase.
