Customer problem
The client needed to build a website with upsell and downsell capabilities to sell training and to sell mini-products to maximise training profits, the client's problem was time, they wanted to start selling by the end of the month (it was the 7th).
The solution introduced
We developed a dedicated solution to make a yes triple purchase path in woocommerce in a limited time and integrated with the purchase in WebToLearn. By default, woocoomerce restricts us as to the appearance of the shopping cart and the purchase process. A simple solution was missing on the day of implementation, so we recoded such a purchase path ourselves.
Result
The client has a sales page with a dedicated layout, which would be hard to achieve using webtolearn's off-the-shelf solutions. As a result, the customer is not tied to webtolearn forever. Everyone who buys access to the course has access to it in webtolearn, but also has a purchase history in the customer's current shop, which makes it possible to create dedicated promotions for them in the future. This allows you to reach out to customers who have bought the current training in the future.
Summary
Thanks to our solution, the client was able to start selling and not make its sales dependent on the off-the-shelf solutions of the platform on which it created the training, it can change it at any time and still sell, which would otherwise not be possible.
