Champion Invest is a company that manages the assets of investors from all over Poland to the value of PLN 40,000,000, paying out more than 300,000 rents to its investors every month and selling properties for more than PLN 30,000,000 annually.
Customer problem
The client needed to separate Brand Champion Invest from rentals and create a new Brand "Champion Rent" . Champion Invest specialises in the sale of real estate, unfortunately the company was at one point associated typically with rentals making investors less willing to work with the company.
The solution introduced
We have created a new website which is tailored to the needs of tenants + functions as a classifieds portal so that the company's agents do not have to send links to otodom or olx, but only direct customer traffic to their own classifieds portal and Champion Rent then directs remarketing to these customers.
Result
Thanks to this solution, potential customers, upon receiving the link to the ad, navigated through Champion Rent's listings, not fleeing to other companies' listings but to another Champion Rent Agent's listings, thus increasing sales effectiveness by over 42% in 3 months.
